6 Greatest Plugins for WordPress -No2- Yoast SEO
Welcome to our review on 6 of what we feel are the best plugins we use when designing websites for our clients.
Our second review and overview are of the Yoast SEO Plugin, SO what does this plugin enable in WordPress for you? It gives you a complete control over how the search engines see your website and information. Giving you the ability to set your titles, meta description, slugs on a page and actually see how well you are doing in terms of what is required to rank well with search engines
Furthermore, it gives you the tools to integrate your website with webmaster tools such google, bing, Yandex. It also allows you to integrate with your favorite social media channels. Not to mention it will also Generate XML sitemaps for you. These sitemaps can then be submitted to Google for indexing.
Yoast SEO also includes a Flesch reading section which will define how readable your text is. As we all know google does not tolerate keyword cramming and do not value content that is not relevant or high quality.
Yoast do offer a free plugin with most of these great features, but the free version is limited to one focus keyword per page. Which for most users is fine. We personally feel it’s worth getting the premium version.
