– “Eliminate render-blocking…” I use a popup on my site which causes a “fix it” message. You have to decide what’s important to you i.e. page speed score or functionality.
– I recommend fully understanding the details of any GSPI factor by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the issue.
– Installing a top rated cache plugin and correctly setting it up can significantly improve your score, for example, W3 Total Cache.
– Your theme can influence your page speed score for better or worse. A clunky, poorly designed theme will slow down your site.
