Here are the commands:
/worldborder add 1 10
/replaceitem entity ziat007 slot.armor.chest diamond_chestplate
/replaceitem entity @a slot.inventory.9 apple
/replaceitem entity ziat007 slot.armor.feet diamond_boots
/replaceitem entity @e slot.horse.saddle saddle
Just replace the ziat007 with the player’s name you want to get the thing and you are done. It would make for some serious nice easter eggs for specific players! .
