Once you have signed up and made your payment, we would contact you and provide our server information which includes IP4 /IP6 addresses. These addresses are easily updated from your domain registrar. We would also give you access to your domain panel for transferring your domain files to our server. Tech support will be available during your transfer. We do not take responsibility for backup of your existing domains. We suggest, you backup your existing domain on your current provider before you make your transfer to our server

For each domain we deploy a premium cloud backup plugin which backs up your domain on a weekly basis. In the event that you need to use a backup, please advise by opening a support ticket so we can assist you in reinstalling a backup. We do recommend all clients to backup their domain files on their local computers as well.

HostAlamo does not provide email services for any domains due to security issues. We have two recommendations. 1) you can ask your domain provider to transfer any emails sent to you to your web based email account. This is a free service normally provided by domain hosting providers. For example any emails such as info@yourdomain.com or sales@yourdomain.com etc can automatically be forwarded to your email at youremail@gmail.com or youremail@yahoo.com. The next option is for companies that want to use business emails such as mybusiness@mydomain.com can opt for signing up with an email provider for a nominal fees. If this is the route you wish to choose, please contact us for referrals.

For single domains we provide tech support to install a lets encrypt free SSL certificate. However, we recommend that you purchase a commercial SSL for long term needs. Please contact us for assistance on commercial SSL certificates. 

Hostalamo does not allow outbound mass email marketing. It is restrictive on our services. Please submit a ticket for pricing details if you wish to engage in mass email marketing.
