The terms and conditions as stated here are modified periodically and often addressed in our FAQ section. Customers must review these terms and conditions prior to signing up for any service.
1. Description of Services
HostAlamo.com offers WordPress maintenance and support services. The customers are responsible for providing their own web hosting services and connectivity with their servers. HostAlamo provides only maintenance services for one single domain or website but does not offer services for any sub-domains or multi install websites or sub-directories. Customers should also periodically review our FAQ section which details specific services that we provide or additions for an added price.
2. Registration and Customer Information
All information that you supply to us will remain private and we will not share your contact/company/login information without your written authorization.

All customers must agree to conduct business in a professional manner. This may include submitting comments on our website or communicating with our help desk. HostAlamo.com reserves the right without prior notice and without liability for violations of conduct to terminate any violators to this clause. All customers must agree that HostAlamo.com will cooperate with law enforcement authorities on any investigations pertaining to violations

HostAlamo.com website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that HostAlamo.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other sites.

Support requests must be submitted through the designated help desk link that we will provide you once you sign up for the service. Help Desk request may include issues such as:
• Core /Plugin problems
• Other errors or security/malware issues
• Installation of themes or plugins
• Site migrations-general questions only
Unacceptable support requests include:
• Edits to content
• Custom theme design
• Other design tasks
• Edits to custom-built themes
• Commercial theme edits or urgent/emergency theme troubleshooting
• Custom plugin development
• SEO help

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WP Minder be liable to you or any other person or entity, under any theory, including negligence, for damages of any kind arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, actual, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, lost income, revenue or profits, lost or damaged data, or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, the services, whether or not WP Minder has been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable.
By using the services, you agree that this limitation will apply to any services and content that may be available through such services. In the event that applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or damages, you agree that in no event shall the total liability of WP Minder or its affiliates to you for all damages, losses and causes of action of any kind shall not exceed $100 (one hundred dollars).
Notwithstanding any claim that a sole or exclusive remedy which is provided in this agreement may or does fail of its essential purpose, you specifically acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any loss or damage shall be to have WP Minder, upon written notice from you to us, attempt to repair, correct or replace any deficient service and, if repair, correction or replacement is not reasonably commercially practicable for WP Minder, in its sole discretion, to refund any monies actually paid by you (1x your monthly fee) for the month in which you incur any loss or damage and to terminate and discontinue your use of the services.
On request by us, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify, save and hold hostalamo.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against WP Minder, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from your use or misuse of this website and our services.
Payments are billed monthly to your email address. If payment is not received by due date, your account will be subject to cancellation. All payments are made directly to our PAYPAL account as per the invoice.
