Troubleshooting WordPress Plugin Issues

Hi,
I created two menus on top of the page and made them stick with a logo on the left side. The widgets of the menus are above each other in one row this is creating space between them. How can I remove this space? I tried to have them in two different rows and it worked but I have the logo on the left creates the space once again and they do not stick. All padding spaces and margins are at 0.
